Green Tech Home Inspections was founded by Jason Rivera, an inspector clients described the same way again and again: knowledgeable, personable, and thorough on every detail. Jason built this company on a simple promise. Every client deserves to know exactly what they are buying, explained in plain language, without shortcuts.

Today, Erin leads Green Tech and carries that promise forward. The standards have not changed. Every inspection is performed with the same care, the same attention to detail, and the same honest reporting that built this company's reputation across Las Vegas and Henderson.

What has grown is the toolkit. From drone roof imaging to modern digital reporting, Green Tech pairs time-tested thoroughness with technology that catches what the eye alone cannot. With over a decade of combined experience and more than 3,000 completed inspections, we bring real construction knowledge to every property we walk.
