How long does an inspection take?
Most single-family homes take two to three hours depending on size, age, and condition. Larger properties, pools, and add-on services can extend that a bit. We never cut a visit short to fit a schedule.
Do I need to be there?
It is not required, but we recommend joining at least for the final walkthrough. Seeing findings in person makes the report much easier to act on.
When will I get my report?
Reports are delivered digitally, typically within 24 hours of the inspection, complete with photos and clear explanations of every finding.
What areas do you serve?
